Microtech Solutions, Inc. is based in Cumming, GA, off of 400 North at exit 14. The owner of Microtech Solutions, Inc., Kevin Kellogg, has been working on computers full-time since 1994. He has worked for several companies including Computer City, GE Capital, Digital Equipment Corporation & Compaq Computers. He earned his Comptia A+ Field Service Technican certification in 1996 and worked as a Workstation Technician for several Atlanta-base corporations. Kevin started with Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) in 1998 working as a Technical Support Engineer II.

He has supported Desktops & Laptops for Fortune 500 companies diagnosing, dispatching technicians worldwide to fix laptops in business-critical applications. In 1999 he specialized in IBM, Dell, Compaq, DEC, Gateway & HP Notebook computers and was part of Digital Tech Support Line providing technical support to Field Service Engineers thoughout the world.

Upon Compaq Computer's acquistiton of DEC and subsequent merger with HP in September 2001, he started Microtech Solutions, Inc. a service company dedicated to providing personalized computer service to Forsyth County. He earned his Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certification for Windows NT and Windows 2000 and is currently pursuing additional Microsoft certifications for Server 2008, Vista and Windows 7.

He lives with his wife, Joan, a graphic designer & website designer. They live in the Habersham Subdivision in Cumming GA. They have lived here since 1994,
